Before the overlay was applied, this concrete was stained and very rough to walk on.	After application, the overlay was stained to the client’s color scheme, then sealed.

It can also resist damage caused by chemicals, abrasives, salt, stains, & UV exposure. Once an overlay is sealed, it is generally easy to maintain, usually requiring only water to avoid the build up of dust and abrasive particles.
