ORDERS/RETURNS/RECOMMENDATIONS

We are happy to spend time working with you on your order, and can make on sight visits to help you with your design selections. We can also make samples of color choices for your approval.

Due to the time and care we put into our work, we ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed. For large orders, we may request longer.

All orders require a 50% deposit to begin the job, and the balance must be paid upon delivery. Garden Spaces will charge a $20 fee for all returned checks. We do accept Mastercard and Visa. We will have an order form ready with your specifications, for your approval, before we begin the job.

After delivery, Garden Spaces will not be responsible for broken or damaged pieces. If there is a defect upon delivery, we will replace the defective item. Although concrete is durable, it can be chipped if not handled properly. We handle our products with care, and recommend that you do too. If you have any questions or problems, we will work with you to resolve the problem fairly.

We recommend using distilled water in the fountains, due to hard residue build up from county water. Do not fill a fountain with water if it is hot to the touch. Cold water may cause it to crack.
